He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Dazzo and Lillian Dazzo. He is survived by: his wife Carol Dazzo; his children, Katie Dunn (Tommy), Frank Dazzo (Chassidy) and Connie Dazzo; his grandchildren, TJ, Kaila and Trevor; his sister Maryann Jerome (Michael); and his uncle Kevin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
