(Anthony) and Matejicka II of Lincroft, NJ; his brothers, Edward J. Lakatosh, Sr. of Peosta, Dale A. Lakatosh, Sr. of Walnutport and David L. Lakatosh, Sr. of Schnecksville; his grandchildren, Rachel Lakatosh Kunkel, Alyssa Rae Lakatosh, Anthony V. Matejicka III, Jared T. Matejicka and Jayden T. Matejicka; his great grandchild Arianna Torres Lakatosh; and his brothers, Joseph, Jr., Robert and Dean Lakatosh.
