He was predeceased by : his wife Shirley A. Lakatosh (Wagner); his parents, Joseph Lakatosh, Sr. and Cora M. Lakatosh (Valora); his children, Brian D. Lakatosh of Macungie, Jane Ann Lakatosh, Julie A. (Anthony) and Matejicka II of Lincroft, NJ; his brothers, Edward J. Lakatosh, Sr. of Peosta, Dale A. Lakatosh, Sr. of Walnutport and David L. Lakatosh, Sr. of Schnecksville; his grandchildren, Rachel Lakatosh Kunkel, Alyssa Rae Lakatosh, Anthony V. Matejicka III, Jared T. Matejicka and Jayden T. Matejicka; his great grandchild Arianna Torres Lakatosh; and his brothers, Joseph, Jr., Robert and Dean Lakatosh.
