He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Kromer and Katie Kromer, Sr. (Kunkle); and his siblings, Clarence Kromer, Jr., LeRoy Kromer, John Kromer, Leonard Kromer, Florence Adams, Jean Harkness, Clair Silfies and Nancy Hower.

He is survived by : his siblings, Linda M. Wotring of Schnecksville, Barbara Swoyer of Allentown and Richard (Karen Kromer) of Santa Rosa, CA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
