He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Carol Hoffman (Bloss); his parents, Clair I. Hoffman and Florence A Hoffman (Stahley); and his brothers, Mark I. Hoffman and Clifford.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly L. Wertman (Terry), Jeffrey C. Hoffman and Shelly M. Hafler (Gregory); his sister-in-law Marjorie M. Hoffman; his granddaughters, Lyndy Rutkowski, Brittney Ferguson, Shelby Hafler and Abbey Hafler; and his great grandchildren, Jade and Rose Rutkowski. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
