She was predeceased by: her spouse Arnold L. Follweiler; and her parent Frank Witkowski. She is survived by: her parent Anna Witkowski (Kruscavage); her sons, James (Connie) of New Tripoli, Thomas and Daniel; her stepdaughter Linda Kreicher; and also, Thomas, Sabrina and Charlotte.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Bernadine's memory to Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2024 Lehigh St. Suite 100 Allentown, Pa. 18103.
