He is survived by: his sons, Howard "Skeeter" (Heather) of Everett and Dustin (Christa) of Martins Ferry, OH; his fiancée Judy Hout; and his pets, Buddy and Kitty. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
