He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Pilukaitis and Margaret Pilukaitis (Weishop). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Pilukaitis (Lau); his children, Richard Pilukaitis Jr. (Elizabeth) of Galeton and Christine Wanzer of Lancaster; his stepsons, Christopher Schrum of Bedford and Eric Schrum (Larissa) of Altoona; his grandchildren, Tristan and Evelina Pilukaitis; his stepsons, Dillon, Caitlyn Wanzer, Owen, Evan and Lukas Schrum; and his brother Raymond Pilukaitis (Susan) of Austin, TX..
