She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Blackburn and Gladys Blackburn (Adkins); and her siblings, Ruth Harbaugh, Violet Wentz, Louise Taylor and Ben Blackburn (late Alice).
She is survived by: her husband Bernard Kipp; her sons, Bernie Kipp (Penny) of McConnellsburg and Ward Kipp (Claudia) of Simsbury, CT; her grandchildren, Justin Kipp (Dana) of Clearville, Jason Kipp (Whittney) of McConnellsburg, Christina and Nicholas Costa of Simsbury; and her great grandchildren, Madisyn, Graycie, Camryn, Carsyn and Jaylee Kipp.
