He was predeceased by: his parents, Kasper Barth and Marie Barth (Kahleise). He is survived by: his wife Erika Barth; his daughters, Kirsten Barth Surak of Baltimore, MD and Susanne Marie Barth Kauffman (Jim Kauffman Baltimore, MD); and his sister Hildegard Fichtmueller. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
