(Kate), Lacie S Shomo, John R. (LaVon) and Beth M. Fungaroli; his stepdaughter Beverly "Dolly" Peterson; his grandchildren, Seth, Mason, Raelynn, Samantha, Ethen, Andrew, Forrest III, Bailey, Jaden and Paula; his great grandchildren, Harley, Chase and Cillian; and his siblings, Sharon Dively, Storm Foor, Brook (Lorna Foor) and Mildred Melody (Carl Mohle).
