She was predeceased by: her parent Howard Mock; her stepchild Theodore Fluke, Jr.; her sisters, Lillian Onstead, Rosabelle Hinson and Mildred Lamison; her niece Janet Sue Ressler; and her nephew Larry Onstead.
She is survived by: her parent Rena Mock (Blackburn); and her spouses, Theodore "Ted" Fluke and Howard Shaffer. She is also survived by 14 step grandchildren, 23 step great grandchildren, 20 step great great grandchildren.
