He was predeceased by: his parent Philip F. Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Faye Cochrane Clark; his spouse Nancianne Silvers; his children, Suzy Lacey (Tom) of Malden and Joshua Clark (Nickie) of Scenery Hill; his grandchildren, Hannah Lacey, Jacob Lacey, Aidan Clark and Tate Clark; and his sisters, Linda Miller of Bentleyville and Marcia Jean Stowinsky (John) of Scenery Hill.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hancock-McCune-Horne American Legion, 1101 Old National Pike, Fredericktown, PA 15333.
