He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Harold Smith Sr. and Nancy McDonald Smith of Scenery Hill, PA; and his wife Dana McClellan Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Austin Smith (Callen) of Cadiz, OH and Evan Smith of New Brighton, PA; and his brother Duane Smith of Omaha, NE..

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Mrs. Claus Club, 56 Lanik Rd. Bentleyville, PA 15314.
