He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilfred Conkle Neil and Helen Gladys Brownlee Neil; his wife E. Jeannie Neil of Scenery Hill; his children, April C. N. Conn (Donald L. Conn Sr.) of Melrose, Mass, Denise Neil DeAngelis of Acton and Leonard E. Neil Jr. (Wendy Neil) of Clinton, Mass; his sister Peggy Rose (Fred) of California; his grandchildren, Donny, Emily, Nolan and Bryce; and his great grandchild Bentley. He was also cherished by his kids and grandchildren.
