He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar James and Mary Margaret McGurn Rhone. He is survived by: his wife Debra L. Lantz; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Lantz of Aliquippa and Bridget McGath (William) of Darlington, PA; and his nephew Jacob Winterbauer of Enon Valley, PA..
