He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Boothe and Elizabeth Rogers Boothe; and his wife Sandra Sue Phillips Boothe. He is survived by: his children, Dana Landman (Joseph) of Dunlevy, PA, Denice Lacey (Dave Shriner) of Scenery Hill, PA, James R. Boothe (Melissa) of Long Branch, PA and Stephen Boothe (Patricia) of Scenery Hill, PA; and his brother Robert Boothe of Ellsworth, PA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
