He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin VanVoorhis and Myrtle Hodge VanVoorhis; and his wife Saundra T. VanVoorhis. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Perks of Reno, NV; and his stepchildren, Linda Pinchok (Dan) of Washington, PA, Albert Blackburn of Akron, OH and Rebecca Gildea (Rich) of Uniontown, PA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
