Cotter of Owego, NY, Debra Cotter of Rome, PA and Cynthia Cotter of Eagle; his aunt Albertine Cotter of Sayre, PA; and his nephew John B. Cotter (Donna) of Sheshequin Township. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
