He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph P.; and his siblings, Joseph, John, Paul, Willis, Eleanor "Ruby", Josephine, Kate, Evelyn and Theresa.
He is survived by: his parent Virginia Cotter (Johnson); his wife Elbertine; and his siblings-in-law, Howard Acla of Towanda and Mary Lou Cotter of Lincoln, NB. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
