He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stephen and Adeline Belles Stephen (VanHousen); and his brother Charles Belles, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Belles, Jr. (Melissa) of Sayre, PA, Tammy Allen of Sayre, PA and Sean Belles of Sayre, PA; and his grandchildren, Adrianna, Miranda, Stephen III, Jennifer, Matthew and Madeline.
