He was predeceased by: his parents, George Biery and Marguerite Biery (Croasdale); and his brother George Biery. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his son Rick; his daughter-in-law Mary Ann Biery of Sayre, PA; his daughter Laurie; his son-in-law Mike Cybulak of Sayre, PA; his grandchildren, James (Kristen), Alisha, Katherine and Christina; his great grandchildren, Paityn, Ely and Kayleigh; and his siblings, Carol, Shirley, Sharon and Bob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
