He is survived by: his son Toby; his grandchildren, Andrew, Derek Ciardi (Stephanie), Dr. Kelly Thomas, Philip Husick III (Eszi Waters) and Natalie Husick Schroeder (William III); his great grandchildren, Cameron Ciardi, Billy Schroeder and Edie Devine-Waters; his siblings, Jane Galvin (Robert), Irene Koons, Richard Husick, Joyce Miller, Gloria Husick, Joseph Husick and Paula; his brother-in-law Joseph Roberts; and his cousins, Elizabeth Kochin and Ken Wertz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
