With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marian L. Baker Thurston in Sayre, Pennsylvania, born in Towanda, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 24, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis William Baker and Marjorie L. Rockwell Baker; her husband Raymond P. Thurston Jr.; and her sister Beverly Brown. She is survived by: her sons, Ray Thurston III (Sandy) of North Towanda, Jeffery Thurston (Melissa) of Towanda and Tim Thurston of North Towanda; her grandchildren, Ray Thurston IV, Misty Thurston, Tony Spencer, Kevyn Thurston and Timothy Raymond Thurston; her great grandchildren, Riley, Zeryk and Lucas Thurston; and her cousin Nancy Montgomery of Towanda. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family suggests that contributions may be directed to the Bradford County Humane Society, P.O. Box 179, Ulster, PA 18850 in Marian's memory.
