He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Orshaw and Frances Warner Orshaw; and his son Dan. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ayers Orshaw; his children, LaVonne Kunkel (John) and Mark Orshaw (Pam); and his daughter-in-law Sharon Orshaw. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
