He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Lee and Jean Lee (Walsh). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Lee (Lantz); his daughter Alisha; his son-in-law Michael Polzella; his son Kyle; his daughter-in-law Stacy Lee; his grandchildren, Nikolas Polzella, Nathan Polzella, Laurel Lee, Kevin Lee and Kameron Lee; his brother Randy; his sister-in-law Michelle Lee; his siblings, Thomas Lee, Mike Lee and Karen Lee; his parents-in-law, William and Madge Lantz; and his pet Shep. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
