He was predeceased by: his father Charles J. Raupers (Margaret Vallillee); his siblings, Wayne, Gary and Gale; and his brothers-in-law, Harry Jr. Park (Ruth Ann) and Mike Krause.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Park; his sons, Kyle Raupers (Kathy) and Kevin Raupers (Debbie); his grandchildren, Aaron Raupers (Kim), Cory Raupers (Erin), Shane Raupers (Nicole), Keiran Soprano (Nick), Christopher Raupers (Shawna), Jordan Raupers, Derrick Morgan (Holly), Adam Morgan (Shania) and Garrett Morgan (Brittany); his brother Charles F. Raupers (Ann); and his siblings-in-law, Russell Park (Shirley), Don Park (Barbara), Barbara Raupers, Wendi Raupers, Linda Park, Dawn Park, Darla Earl (Dan) and Valerie Chapman. He is also survived by 24 great grandchildren.
The family suggests that contributions be directed to the Athens Little League, 3rd Street, Athens, PA 18810 or to the Ulster-Sheshequin Fire Company, P.O. Box 199, Ulster, PA 18850 in memory of Joseph H. Raupers.
