He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Liechty and Irene Betty Liechty (Rupp); and his brother Jay Liechty. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Schwartz); his children, Brady Liechty (Mandy) and Michelle Hoffman (CJ); his grandchildren, Sydney, Leah, Grant, Harper, Hadley Liechty, Jakob and Jared Hoffman; and his siblings, Jim Liechty (Angela) of Fort Wayne, Jerry Liechty (Susan) of Delaware and Joy Yoder (Richard) of Goshen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
