He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Hughes and Iola Hughes (Smith); his brother Jim; his stepmother Ruth; and his sister Aileen.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Hughes of South Waverly, Kerrie Hughes (John Helfers) of Green Bay, WI and Kristie Hughes of Sayre; his grandchildren, Justin Hughes, Kharissa Hughes and Marissa Fidler; his great grandchild Khaliyah Hughes; his parents-in-law, Kaye Erskine (Bill) of Lingle, WY, Linda Hughes of Guernsey, WY and Debbie Bancroft (Scott) of Jackson, WY; and his aunt Sylvia Whitmarsh of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by four nephews and nieces.
