It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Taylor of Sayre, Pennsylvania, born in Towanda, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 23, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Taylor and Mary Taylor (Bennett); his former wife Betty Taylor (Gerould); his son-in-law Eugene Allyn; his children, Howard Wayne Taylor and Helen Marie Taylor; his sister Dora Jane; and his brother-in-law Russell Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Dolly M. Taylor (Blakeman); his daughter Ruth; his son-in-law Robert Weingartner of Stevensville, PA; his stepdaughter Charmaine Hull of Sayre, PA; his grandchildren, Kim Scheler (Eric), Eryn Weingartner, Dustin Weingartner and Bethany Taylor; his great grandchildren, Clayton, Amberly, Elton, Drake, Carson, Dawcin and Isabella; and his siblings, Calvin Taylor (Karen) of Pasadena, CA, Joan Pierce (Chuck) of Brewerton, NY, Robert Taylor (Joyce) of Rome, PA and John Taylor of Reno, NV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
