He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaetano Pauline and Matilda Pauline (Yanuzzi); his parent-in-law Stephen; his brother John; his niece Melissa Molinaro; his nephew Rocco Paladino, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Al Mercantino and Philip Cusatis.
He is survived by: his wife Monica Pauline; his children, Kristen Pauline (Jim Dempsey) and Gina Pauline; his fiancé David Smalls; his grandchildren, Baela Scharborough and Penelope Smalls; his siblings, Joe (Carol), Nella Demko (John), Antoinette Pauline, Liz Mercantino and Genevieve Paladino; and his sister-in-law Joni Pauline.
Guy was a two-time heart transplant recipient and champion for organ donation and Vietnam Veterans causes.
