He is survived by: his parent Doris Cook Wortman; his wife Gale; his children, Richard Wortman of Athens, PA, Christopher Wortman of Sayre, PA, Matthew Wortman of Sayre, PA and Kimberly Wortman of Athens, PA; his grandchildren, Kyleigh Wortman of Athens, PA, Lucas Wortman of Athens, PA, Madelyn Wortman of Sayre, PA, Anthony Wortman of Athens, PA and Alyce Wortman of Athens, PA.; and his siblings, James, Craig, Keith, Roger and Pam. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
