She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Loomis and Lola Loomis; her husband Carlton; her son Kenneth Payne; her daughter-in-law Jean Payne; her daughter Bonnita Whipple; and her siblings, Mildred Campbell and Donald Loomis.
She is survived by: her son Karl Payne; her daughter-in-law Lois Payne of North Ghent; her daughter Linda Estes; and her sons-in-law, Gary Estes of Sayre and Leland Whipple of Montoursville, PA. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
