He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Durizch and Mary Durizch (Novotny); his wife Sandra Durizch (Hoodak); his daughter Terry Durizch; and his siblings, Priscilla Chaffee, Delores Farr, Irene Hale and Joe Durizch.
He is survived by: his children, John Durizch (Nelle), Linda Pugh (Sam), Laurie Twigg (Mark) and Frank T. Durizch, Jr. (Lisa); and his son-in-law Mark Twigg. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
