It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Faulkner Chalk (Sayre, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 12, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Ross Faulkner; her husband Robert A. Chalk; her siblings, George Faulkner (Joyce) and Mary Vaughn (Fred); her parents-in-law, Josephine Chalk and Carmen Chalk; and her sister-in-law Grace Cook (Bud).
She is survived by: her parent Theresa Burns; her children, Kara Chalk of Horseheads, NY, Kirsten Chalk of Horseheads, NY, Benjamin Chalk of Horseheads, NY, Jack Chalk of Horseheads, NY, Martin Chalk of Horseheads, NY, Sandra Chalk of Horseheads, NY, Danielle McFarland (Pat) and Jenifer Chalk; her sister Margaret Cruise; her brothers-in-law, George Cruise and Martin D. Chalk; and also, John Burns and Mollie.
