She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hanford and Myrtle Hanford (Reynolds). She is survived by: her children, Rick Scarlett (Wendy), Catherine Scarlett (Calvin), Kevin Scarlett (Kelly) and Matthew Scarlett (Monica DiGialleonardo); her grandchildren, Veronica (Justin), Katrina, Christopher, James (Kyra), Lauren, Kevin Jr., Roman, Hudson and Stirling; and her brother Donald Hanford (Marda). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
