He was predeceased by: his grandmother Carol Ann Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Lisa L. Miller and Joseph J. Horvath; his daughter Octavia Grace; his brothers, Nicholas and Kyle Miller; and his nephews, Nicholas, Elijah and Noah Miller.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
