He is survived by: his daughter Billie Jo Kocher of Saylorsburg; and his siblings, Raymond "Sonny" Read of Phillipsburg, NJ, Jay Read of Saylorsburg, Randy Read of Bangor and Jane Pomper. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
