He was predeceased by: his father William H. Rusch Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy "Dot" Abrams (Tasetano); his stepfather Mark Abrams of Saylorsburg; his daughter Elaina Renee Rusch; his grandson Jordan Owen Winters of Scotrun; his stepbrother Mark A. Abrams (Liann) of South Carolina; his uncle Frank Tasetano of Stroudsburg; and his aunt Mary Lou Mangini of California.
