She was predeceased by: her husband Jonathan Oakes; her parents, George W. Gillman and Cornelia F. Gillman (Wright); and her brother George Gillman. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Oakes (Alex) of Ypsilanti, MI and Nancy White (Gabriel) of Saylorsburg; her grandchildren, Eric John Oakes, Jonathan White and Haley White; and her great grandchildren, Vera, Emery, William, Lorraine, Ada and Isaiah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
