He was predeceased by: his wife Caroline E. Griffith (Houck); his parents, Norman H. Griffith Sr. and Mamie Mackes (Greene); his daughter Wendy Singer; and his stepfather James Mackes.
He is survived by: his children, Norman H. Griffith III (Debra) of East Stroudsburg, Kenneth E. Griffith Sr. (Sharon) of Saylorsburg, Joy Singer (Joseph) of East Stroudsburg and Vickie Hartman (Jeffrey) of Easton; his siblings, James Mackes (Linda) of Kresgeville and Eileen Rinker (Donald) of Vermont; his grandchildren, Crystal Singer, Kenneth E. Griffith Jr. (Brenda), Jason Singer, Ryan Griffith (Brittany), Carissa Roth and Dylan Hartman; and his son-in-law Robert Singer. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
