With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Duggins of Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania, born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 23, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter O. Duggins and Johanna R. Duggins (Parsons); and his brother Walter S. Duggins. He is survived by: his wife Irene G. Duggins (Noble) of Saylorsburg; his daughter Michele Mower of San Bernardino, CA; his grandsons, Alex, Lucas and Nathan Mower; and his brother Wayne Duggins (Becky) of Mocksville, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
