He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Kilker and Elizabeth A. Kilker of Dunmore, PA.; his daughter Colleen; and his brothers, John A. Kilker and Kevin M. Kilker.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Kilker; his children, Meghan Mendez (Juan), Bridget Rybacki (Michael) and Mark Kilker (Abigail); his siblings, Mary McHale, Eileen Giovagnoli, Elizabeth Kennedy and Thomas Kilker; and his grandchildren, Luke, Julia, Jacob, Avery and Nathan.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the William H. Clark Funeral Home (1003 Main St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
