She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Ostermiller and Lydia Ostermiller (Miller). She is survived by: her husband Paul Douglas Rabe of Saylorsburg; her brother Victor Ostermiller of Flemington, NJ; her daughters, Kelli Sue Rivera of Bernville and Traci Lee Spencer of East Smithfield; and her grandchildren, Cassidy Nicole Crowley of Bernville, Stephen Michael Spencer of East Smithfield and Nathan Scott Spencer of East Smithfield.
