Safko; her mother Theresa De Smet (Tosi) of Saylorsburg; her children, Jennifer Pinghero (Christopher) of Kunkletown, Kelly Supples of Saylorsburg, Amanda Levy (Corey) of Wayne, NJ and Trevor Safko (Carolina) of Boca Raton, FL.; her grandsons, Dakoda, Dylan, Lukas and Leo; and her brothers, Wayne De Smet (Lucia) of Winterville, NC and Philip De Smet (Connie) of Winterville, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
