He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neal and Florence Neal (Williams); and his brother Allen S. Neal. He is survived by: his sister Lilah Swink of Stroudsburg; his nieces and nephews, Tammara Paff of Saylorsburg, Karen Arneson of Hammonton, NJ, Randy Swink and Douglas Swink of Gilbert; and his sister-in-law Louise Neal of Saylorsburg.
Due to current COVID health concerns, masks and social distancing are required.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to the Pocono Old Time Farm Equipment Association or the American Cancer Society.
