He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Demsey and Dorothy Demsey (Kanski); and his sisters, Dorothy Parente and Kathleen Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Debra M. Demsey (Vaeth) of Saylorsburg, PA; his sons, Jason Demsey (Jamie) of Jonas, PA and Joseph Demsey (Alicia) of Nazareth, PA.; his grandchildren, Jocelyn Walizer of Nazareth, PA and Leo Joseph Demsey of Jonas, PA.; and his brothers, Robert Demsey (Linda) of Lakewood, NJ, Eugene Demsey of Westfield, NJ and Richard Demsey (Elizabeth) of Cranford, NJ. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
