She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Skehan and Bernice Skehan (Nicholas); her husband William J. Rinker Sr.; her grandchildren, Michael Rinker, Chad Rinker and Jennifer Bush; her great grandchild Eva Bush; her sons-in-law, Edward Freeman and Ralph Bush; and her sister Eileen Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Linda M. Freeman of Saylorsburg, Patricia M. Bush of East Stroudsburg, William J. Rinker Jr. (Bonita) of Adelanto, CA, Kenneth R. Rinker of Saylorsburg, Donna M. Hineline (Dave) of Saylorsburg, Theresa M. Meckes (Terry) of Saylorsburg, Thomas M. Rinker (Michelle) of Whitney Point, NY and Anne M. Rinker of Saylorsburg; and her siblings, Martha Nugent (Donald) of Vero Beach, FL, Alice Flood of Vero Beach, FL and Dr. Michael Skehan (Mary Ellen) of Vero Beach, FL. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
