He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Fialkowski and Leona Fialkowski (Lankford); and his siblings, Walter, John Fialkowski and Barbara Fialkowski-McMillen.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Iris Gonzalez-Fialkowski; his sons, Rafael Rivera-Fialkowski, Matthew Fialkowski and Joseph Fialkowski; his siblings, Anthony Fialkowski, Michael Fialkowski, David Fialkowski, Joan Fialkowski, Eileen Williams, Mary Bisignaro and Kathryn Fialkowski; and his grandchildren, Mikayla Rivera and Julian Fialkowski.
