She was predeceased by: her husband Richard L. Altemose; her parents, Jacob Miller and Alma Miller (Wescott); and her siblings, Harriet Switzgabel, Ruth Serfass, Pearl Weiss, Jean Gerstlauer and Clair Miller.

She is survived by: her children, Barry Altemose (Connie) of Kunkletown, Clyde Altemose (Esther) of Ocala, FL, Doug Altemose (Tricia) of Saylorsburg and Tonya Altemose of Cresco; her grandchildren, Kasey, Adrianna, Reed, Priscilla, Leon, Scott, Alacia, Morgan, Dakota and Daytona; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Alayna, Mckenzie, Peyton, Kameron, Kaydan, Shane, Shiloh, Sayla, Marley, Tyler and Harper.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice for any non profit organization that funds medical research.
