He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Pensak and Amelia Pensak (Rudat). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley J. Pensak (Evans); his daughters, Patricia Merwine (Jeffrey) of Saylorsburg, Susan Green (Roger) of Saylorsburg and Lorrie Anderson (Randy) of Saylorsburg; his sisters, Evelyn Whaite (Kenneth) of Northampton and Jeanne Potts of Jermyn, PA; his grandchildren, Dr. Sheena (Aaron), Christopher, Dr. Kody, Roger Jr. (Sandra), Darren (Kristi), Ross (Allison), Brianna (Ian) and LorRanda (Chris); his great grandchildren, Jalen, Tristan, Braydon, Alexandra, Rylee, Wyatt, Bryant, Luke, Coralee, Garrett, Natalee, Oliver, Hannah and Hailee; and his pet Chico. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
